Refund policy

Because each item is one-of-a-kind and I am a one-person show, I cannot accept returns unless your item is damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email me at deerloomwoven@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. I do not offer exchanges. Refunds for items damaged in transit will be processed within 7 days of approval. Thank you for understanding.
